I am a human being.

I question the unexplainable, even though I know there are no answers.

I hear things, then repeat them, turning it into gossip.

I see pain all around me, but can't help, even though I wish I could.

I want everything, but need little.

I am a human being.

I occassionally pretend to be something that I'm not, just to fit in or feel accepted.

I feel good about myself when I hurt others, because it makes me feel superior.

I touch people's hearts, in both good and bad ways.

I worry about what I can't affect, even if I know I can't.

I cry when I'm sad or hurt.

I am a human being.

I undestand that everyone makes mistakes, but still worry about making them.

I say I am sorry, but don't always mean it.

I dream of my future and a better place.

I try to be perfect, but know that nobody is.

I hope one day I will have a family.

I am a human being.

I am a human being because I was born that way.

I cannot change that, no matter how hard I try.

So I try to deal with it and be the best human I can and present a good example to teach the generations that will come after us in this world.

I am a human being.
