I know it can not last; our hearts, our lives are not the same,
This is just the moment; this night is just a one time thing,
I know that when tomorrow comes you will leave from the door, in which you came,
But let's just lay here and cherish each moment, even though it's just a fling.
The first time we locked eyes we sensed the intensity, the heat;
So much alike and yet two different worlds apart.
Come in sweetheart and take a seat,
Because we only have the moment, and we are eager to start.
Life is too short to worry about ifs, buts and consequences,
Forget about tomorrow, just live for today.
Our secret love will not succeed to jump, for too low are the fences
But right now we are here, so lets cherish the moment, because we know we can not stay.
