I admit it, I am addicted to QVC. They have made my life so much easier. I almost never have to go to the mall and fight the traffic and crowds. I also never have to deal with a rude sales clerk. For that alone I would love them. But it is their whole philosophy that really hooked me. Their name says it all Quality, Value and Convenience. You make purchases that are high quality, at a great price and all in the privacy of your own home.

I have been a customer of QVC for 15 years. In that time, I have bought literally hundreds of items. With that number of purchases, I have had to return a few things. Without exception, I have received a full refund or another item which ever I preferred. It has been taken care of without my having to go through any kind of a hassle. There are no long questionnaires, there is no "we'll give you a store credit" it is just handled well and handled quickly.

Here is one example. I bought a gem stone bracelet. I had it for several months but wore it only rarely. I had it on one day, looked down and I was missing a stone. I called customer service and they agreed to refund my money since I was leery of buying another one. In addition, if the mistake is their fault they will also refund you the shipping both ways. The only thing they would not do for me was do home pickup of a return. That they will only do if you are handicapped. Still it is nice to know they will do it for someone who can't get out.

It is refreshing to deal with a company who truly believes that the customer is always right and that we are very valuable to them. They also don't sell your name to anyone, period. It just doesn't happen.

The convenience aspect goes without saying. I use their website www.qvc.com for almost every order. It means I can also earn points from www.mypoints.com while I am buying my favorite produces at very competitive prices. I have my products delivered to my work location and I never have to visit a store or even watch the show.

The value part is also something we are all looking for. They are a major power in the retail world and their prices are unbeatable. Even their shipping is competitive when you see what other retailers charge.

If like me, you just love them, consider going down to Studio Park in West Chester Pa and take the tour. I have gone on the tour three times and it is a great chance to see how they operate, the volume of business that they do every day and just how difficult it is for the hosts to talk straight for up to three hours. They also have a store on site where you can shop for some of their most popular lines, Denim and Company. Quacker Factory, Philosophy, Cooks Essentials and much, much more. Oh, did I forget to say they have a whole room filled with their jewelry?

Yes, I love QVC and HSN, well I don't bother even watching them I have already found the best!
