This is just the beginning of this song by Luther Vandross. This is the perfect wedding song. It says what every man and woman should feel at that moment while they are having their first dance after they are married. This is the song that my husband sang to me before we were married when he proposed to me and after our wedding. He knew every word and so did I. We sang the chorus together. This song has such a beautiful message and it would fit any wedding or any two people who love each other. I believe in my heart that any couple would be proud to make this special song.

So many songs that are sung have wonderful meanings, but this song says it all. It is also a very romantic song. It is a song that you both can carry with you forever. When you play this song a year, two years, or more from the day you married, it will always be the right words. It may even mend a problem the two of you are having by bringing back that spark that you needed.

MY husband and I shared this song with some friends who were having problems and it brought them back together. He said it made him remember that first night after they got married and she said it made her remember their wedding. It was nice to see two people that loved each other so much resolve their problems through song. Just as we have many spiritual songs that touch our hearts and remind us what God has done for us, this song will forever remind two lovers, Soul Mates, a husband and wife, just what they mean to each other.

I know there may be another song that the couple has picked out for their dance, but if you use that one for another part of your wedding and this one for your dance, you will always keep dancing with this song in your heart.
