Homosexuality and the Bible: What does it really say?

by groundhog91

The Bible explains every detail when it comes to the human race, the psychology, the passion, and the behavior aspirations, of what constitutes what the Bible calls a "decent" human being, or shall I say acceptable in the eyes of a THRICE HOLY GOD. We can never forget that the only information we have ever received as to what pleases GOD is found solely in the Bible, so when we bring in the Bible to any subject, we have what GOD says versus what man says GOD said. GOD has already told us to go forth, be fruitful, and multiply. Man on the other hand, says that since there are too many humans on Earth, it's best to have abortions and practice safe sex with these things called birth "control" devises. This points out that whatever GOD says is going to automatically be disputed by some. These are those who are bent on disproving what GOD said in the same fashion the snake used on Eve, and that would be the play on key words, that if spun out could mean a whole host of interpretations. For the sake of avoiding this kind of a spin, I would like to bring in a word that will not be spun out no matter what they try to do, at least this would be my aim anyway. This would be the word "abomination" and why this word is used in the Bible to remind all of us what GOD calls abominable (detestable or horrible or ugly), and what HE will do about it.

What the GOD of the Bible calls abominations, are specific activities, which not only go against HIS will, but are also, going diametrically apposed to the good of the human race. This is where the impossibility meets the probable, and the passage of it is being monitored by the will of the ONE who designed it, is at this time using it to separate the sheep from the goats. Like a panhandler separating the dirt from the gold dust, using fine screens and pans to catch the glistening of the gold dust. The idea of a fisherman separating the trash from the eatable things from his dragnet, is the same as to what is blessed and what is cursed. The people that are blessed are obeying what GOD has commanded about things that are both evil and good. The people that are cursed haven't got the ability to do anything that is good, and all they really have is GODS wrath and judgement hanging over their heads. The reason I said ability is because of their state, they are -dead-! It would be impossible to make a dead man cry because he is no longer able to feel remorse, meaning to me that their was a time when they could, but somewhere down the line they died. The human race, since the Garden of Eden, has had the sentence of death pronounced on it, and this is the very reason Jesus told Nicodemus that he had to be born again. This points out to all of us who have studied it out, that no matter how religious we are, it does not matter. With the presence of abominations in our psychology, in our passions, and in our behavior patterns; we no more have the ability to please GOD, than a discarded stool has in pleasing you. The desolation of the abomination is the final result.

In Mathew 24 Jesus speaks of the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, and this is where the subject finally comes into view, when it comes to allowing things to stand, or to fall. Remember we are at war with evil forces that are bent on condemning the human race to hell, along with themselves; with the idea in mind, that if they have to go, it is only fair that the human race should be condemned also. The problems with this ideology is that GOD disagrees with it, and has opted to give us a way out, and it unfolds ultimately like this. All those, whose name is found written in the Lambs Book of LIFE, will be saved from the second death. This simply means all those who do not, still have abominations in their psychology, in their passions, or in their behavior practices. This is something that every human being is responsible for on personal bases, and if we see an abomination in our life in any since of the word, it is solely on our shoulders personally. We need to go to the cross, and confess it, and get it washed off our record. This is specified in the Bible, and as far as homosexuality goes, we can read plainly in the book of Leviticus 18:22 that a man that lies with another man is an abomination. If you find this in your life the Bible warns, and encourages you to get out of it, and go to the cross and wash this abomination off your record, not only for your sake, but for the LORDS sake also.
