This breeze tranquil, soft, perfect
Brought in by Him,
It goes through me, nicely.
My only place in it is gratitude.
So I don't move.
I cannot make it better,
I cannot take it away.
Sorrowfully, lonely, desperately,
I cannot make it stay.
But it does.
This is the most beautiful day.
Though I have no control,
I am learning to like it this way.
But it hurts, a little,
Because I must trust,
Trust that even in the bad weather
Everything will still be okay.
I must believe what this breeze tells me,
That His love is true.
I must accept that I've given Him
The right to flow through me,
His love is so great.
I must allow that
Every moment
He is in control of my fate.
Even in this purity,
I feel afraid.
But I realize He knows me so well,
Even as He knows that my skin drinks in
Bountifully, this breeze
He has brought in through this
One moment, in my quiet
Mid morning, summer home.

Lord You Are Worthy ...
Oh, my Lord you are so worthy of our praise.
