roadblocks that people put up is the "right now only" or survival mentality. You're not going to get all of the rewards right now, but the long run is your friend if you keep at it. You want to allow yourself to thrive in the long run and not simply survive.
Maybe you become good enough [or popular enough] that you can write a book (or booklet) that sells half a million or a million copies or more because you "practiced" at Helium. I mentioned popular enough because some people are not great writers but sell a lot of books. Robert Kiyosaki refers to himself this way and he's sold tens of millions of books. He says that he is a best-selling author, not a best-WRITING author! So you can also look at the Helium experience as getting paid to practice!
Let's say that you write a little bit 5 days a week. I'm guessing that at a minimum that would probably generate [I mean worst case scenario, in my estimation) $400 in the first year. Doesn't sound like much, but what if you keep at it? Second year, I'm going to assume that you get better at it. By better I mean both faster and higher quality. If I understand Helium's compensation correctly, that could definitely mean that the second year would equal the first year's work plus the second year's. So, if you get 10% faster, you could have $400 from first year work that's already done plus $440 from the second year's work for $840 the second year. If you follow my math, then the third year's work is $484 plus the $840 from the first two year's work that is still coming in for a third year total of $1324.
Not much you say? What if you invite two people every week. With email it's not that hard, especially if you're not a hermit and tell people what you're doing. Many of them will want to give it a try. Let's say that only one out of five people actually pursue it. We'll round down the number of people you invite in a year to 100 from 104 which is 52 weeks times two people a week. If you invite the 100 and only one out of five really pursue Helium, that's 20 people that you get 5% from. 5% times 20 equals 100%, so you will be able to double yourself (because you make 100% of your own compensation, too) and that should double your income. That would mean year three brings in $2648 if you follow my math. Trust me. I'm a pretty good writer, but I'm great at math.
But, what if I'm underestimating and the numbers are five times as much. That would be $13,248 in year three. I understand that that is not huge, but it's not nothing
