I am a kitten,
Ignoring command,
Attracted to you by
Your comforting hand.
Like a blanket of warmth
Your touch shelters me.
And I have forgotten the
Hostility.
I am a kitten
When you are mad.
I get hurt when
I'm not bad.
I remember the comfort
Once given to me.
And curl up by your side
Forgivingly.

Poetry: Unconditional love
Unconditional
Don't believe in your past
Don't be downcast
God has forgiven you
I have too
I always asked God to let me love
by Kate Hodges
To yell it from the rooftops
And tell everyone I know
To write it across the skies
And on the ground below
With the love

What Really is Unconditional Love?
Unconditional love..
More comforting than anything on earth.
Unconditional love..
I just
I will cross the seas for you
Despite the raging storms of fury.
Where the mer-folk dare not go I'd tread,
As long as you can
by Regina Rose
Our love is unconditional.
I knew that from the start.
But, our love was unintentional,
It comes straight from the heart.
