The Corvette is definately a HOT sport's car and a date magnet. This car brings back memories of the popular tv show Route 66. Covette's are popular sports cars in movies and songs also. Celebraties were given new Corvette's for advertisement in the 60's.

Driving a Corvette is a good way to get a lot of attention. A Corvette convertable cruising on the beach or running down the highway is an awesome sight. They come in many beauitful colors.The "Silver" is my favorite. It is a bright streak in the sunlight.

Some history on Corvette's. They have been made since 1953 by Chevolet . The 1953 model year is the most rare and wanted of all the Corvette's. It is a very handmade sporty car. The last V-6 was produced in 1954. In 1955 the first V-8 Corvette was produced.It was considered a real Muscle car.Many customers bought the Corvette car for it's style and speed.

There is a musuem with more than 50 cars devoted to the Car in Bowling Green ,Kentucky. There are photo's,video's and advertisement about the Corvette there. They all show the car's history over the years. Tributes to people who have made the car famous are highlighted.

New corvette or used. That is a good question you must ask yourself . Used Corvette's sometimes cost less and some are even classics. Car shows and clubs are fun things to get involved with but do take a lot of commitment. They are a good way to meet other people that have your same interest in cars. The car show always attracts a lot of attention all over the country. Restoring Corvette car's is a fun hobby or good way to make extra money.

The new 2008 Corvette has many outstanding features. There are three models the Coupe,Convertible and Z06. The 430-hp 6.2L LS3 V8 aluminum block engine is a new standard. More great ones that are standard on all the Corvettes are the Six-Speed Paddle Shift with automatic modes or a new improved short -throw manual transmisson. Keyless acess with push button starter is another. A new custom feature are leather wrapped interior seats that are comfortable and classy. A seat warmer that is nice for cold weather is also available. There is a removable roof panel that is standard body color or transparent. The mirror's are auto dimming. On Star is a standard with a one year safe and sound plan. Another one is the XM Radio which has a three month trail. Prices range approximately from $46,000 to $72,000 on the new models.
