"For you created my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb" (Psalms 139:13)
Women were created for a reason and that was to carry and nurture the baby they hold in their womb. In order to give birth to a healthy child, the fetus needs to be inside the embryo for protection and nutrients to grow; and of course, the love and care to grow up as a happy individual. Only women are capable of giving an embryo the nutrients it needs with amniotic fluid. Females are the only beings that are able to produce such fluids, men cannot.
"The different accidents of life are not so changeable as the feelings of human nature." It is not natural and is immoral for an individual to give life to an inanimate body. Victor, from the novel Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, went against the natural order of life by acting as if he were god by giving breath to a mutilated corpse.
"I shunned my fellow creatures as if I had been guilty of a crime." Victor was going through a drastic change, he was not the Victor he once was: he became numb to the world around him and focused his life solely on new experiment; all of the people he once loved, he had forgotten. Problem was, that is all he thought of it as and nothing more. Victor never came across a single thought of what he was going to do with the "Experiment" after it was completed. After Victor brought the cadaver to life, he ran off when the creature came towards him, seeking affection.
"All, save I, were at rest or in enjoyment; I, like the arch-fiend, bore a hell within me, and finding myself unsympathized with, wished to tear up the trees, spread havoc and destruction around me, and to have sat down and enjoyed ruin." That is dramatic cause of the creature being brought to life into this cruel world. The poor creature had been shunned and was not given the love and care he needed. The world thought of him as a hideous monster to walk their earth and tried to inflict torturous pain upon him; thus, turning him into a demonic creature from their wrongdoings.
If the creature had at least been loved, he may not have turned into this destructive demon, but possibly be blissful with his life; preventing the death of several innocent people. It is as simple as that and is portrayed in every child in this society. If the child did not receive the affection needed to grow into an adult, more than likely the child will grow into someone with the same issues as the creature: lonely, depressed, angry, the list goes on.
Women are known to be more sensitive than men are and do not shun their own children, like Victor had to his own creation. Mothers do not care what their children look like, because it is their very own child to love and care for to grow big and strong. Victor did not care at all and ran off as soon as he could.
The women play a major role in the society by molding their children and giving them the affection they need to make them happy. People, such as Victor, should not try to act like God by giving life and for the outcome, not even care. If it were in order for men to give life, then He would have made him into a woman.
