Through the years I have been exposed to many toxins. I have worked in many positions; so the good news is it wasn't just one specific concentrated poisoning. It was multiple poisons with multiple accumulative affects from years of exposure. The labels stating caution, warning, poison, and hazardous are posted on the containers of these substances. Over the years I was exposed in the workplaces to bleach, all types of cleaners, bug poisons, Roundup weed killer, toxic dusts, and all types of toxic fumes.
I did get involved with New Vision around 1996. They are a company in vitamins, minerals and supplements for health. They had a herbal concoction to detoxify your system. I used it and I was sweating all day and in my sleep. I was clammy for three days. I may need to try that again. Obviously I have a buildup causing some reactions in me. I used it then for other health issues. And it got me on track to heal a chronic spinal strain. It probably cleaned up my liver then. That was about 10 years ago.
The carcinogens in cigarettes serves the media as a culprit for causes of a lot of cancers and diseases. Cigarettes suppress anger. They are effective in the treatment of shock. They constrict the blood vessels. It's a perfect stereotype to pin the blame on cigarettes. Because who smokes? Mostly blue collar workers, laborers and struggling Americans. The laborers working in oil, transmission fluid, acetone, paint overspray, paint thinner and remover, gasoline, tar, concrete, fiberglass resin, bug poisons, weed killers, fertilizers, acetone, MEK, welding fumes, propane, and more . Other toxins more likely for women are bleach, acetone, hair dyes, air fresheners, oven cleaner, window cleaner, toilet bowl cleaners, and tub and tile cleaners. All of these things are toxic. They add up after years. Some just can't tolerate them from the start. Then you also have regular pollution in the air that we are susceptible to. Some areas the pollution will settle on your car as if you took a road trip. After 2 weeks the car in the driveway was covered with black soot in L.A. The ionizer was blackened with the pollution there. At least a cigarette is a chosen poison and can be eliminated by choice. Of course our money is taken in taxes in concern of our welfare and all in effort to provide care for the growing cancer research teams. When you suffer from these things it does make you think about the way things really are! I have known plenty of nonsmokers that died
