Sitting at work just minutes before the clock strikes five on a Friday afternoon can be the most excruciating activity ever imagined. Fingertips of your hand still grasping the hold of the computer mouse, but your mind is already wandering off elsewhere. The weekend is just a few minutes away and the clock seems to be prolonging the delay of the fun activities to come by seemingly wanting to stop time all together.
But five o'clock finally rolls around lazily and you grab your jacket, hung carelessly on the back of your office chair, and make your way out of the office, silently hoping that you won't run into your boss on your way out. "Hey, can you do this for me before you leave?" is the worst phrase, like needles in your ears, anyone can say to you right now.

A cool, refreshing shower invigorates your body and infuses it with much-needed energy jolt. You are completely relaxed now and ready to get the night started. So what's in store for you tonight? You contemplate you options - there are so many. From spending a quiet night in with a book, to going to see that latest flick you have been dying to catch for some time now, to getting dressed up and hitting a hip lounge in the heart of the city with your closest friends. No matter the decision, Friday night is the time for you, where you can stop worrying about your daily responsibilities and get back to the core of reconnecting with your own self.
Forget the bosses and the unrealistic deadlines and screaming consultants on the other end of the phone - they all seem like a world away now. Annoying co-workers and incompetent clients don't exist to you at this moment. You are
