Blogging, short for "web log" is simply a journal where you post stuff text, pictures, events, news, commentary, articles practically anything. Search engines are the means by which someone looking to do research on "stage IV pancreatic cancer" is able to find and read up on information related to that topic, connecting them with informational websites that will educate and inform them.

Search engines, are very complicated beasts, amazing in scale and technology, but at their core, and for your purpose of trying to effectively market your business online, the fundamentals are simple to learn and understand.

And this is the part where you have to put your hatred of robots aside. We agree, one day they may indeed take over either physically, or digitally but for now, they are our friends. A search engine works by utilizing robots that scan websites.
