The power of love
Elevate your mental state
Hold your head up high
Choose the path you wish to take
And watch your spirit fly
Do away with all your doubts
Embrace the here and now
Break the chains that Keep you out
Before the Father bow
Carry all your wasted dreams
The hurt of all your wrongs
Breech of promise diamond rings
And unplayed wedding songs
Take your foreclosed properties
And Bankrupt businesses
Take your wants and all your needs
And broken promises
Take your sight and hearing
Take your aching bones
Take your heart and all your fears
Take your kidney stones
Take your diabetes and all your allergies
Take your hypertension and your busted knees
Take your empty piggy bank
Take your disposses
Have the faith to lay them down
And Let God do the rest
He came that you would a have life
To live abundantly
These problems come in just his size
Too big for you and me
Let us focus on our goal
To do our masters will
Cause even if you try and fail
He will love you still
Today is just another chance
An opportunity
To get right what you failed before
until you're finally free.
Jesus came and gave his life
He laid it on the cross
He died for you to have the strength
To shake that devil off

Not all enemies are flesh and blood
Who cause
BITS AND PIECES
Seconds before the end,
like just before an earthquake,
a dog howled and a flock of seagulls
flew from above
She wanders, lost and reeling
In a place she once called home
She wonders why she's feeling
So unloved, so alone
She has a loving
