*Summers On Chesapeake Bay*
We remember days out on Chesapeake Bay
Daddi gone fishin' the big one everyday
We were left on the dock out there to play
Finding little treasures there along our way
*
(refrain)
Summers on the Bay in our minds we go play
The memories we share as we go our way
Let's go back little brother what do you say?
Let's go back little brother what do you say?
*
Lunch is in the cooler and here is a net
Go find soft shells and don't you forget
We race down the pier huggin' each pole
Nettin' big soft shells is our only goal
*
(refrain)
Summers on the Bay in our minds we go play
The memories we share as we go our way
Let's go back little brother what do you say?

Let's go back little brother what do you say?
Let's go back little brother what do you say?

In shallow water diggin' clams with our toes
Out there all day the sun burns our nose
Sunset falls and the gentle breeze blows
Boats are rollin' in and so the day goes
*

Sung to a country beat.
THE SUMMER OF MY LIFE.
In the summer of my life
I searched and searched
for a loving wife.
I found
Strolling down the beach I watch the waves crash on the shore
and I see the honey's stretch out on the sand
just like they've
We watched the tide roll in
we took our summer vows,
oh I remember well our days of summer.
It didn't matter then
if we were

"Summer's dying, at the lake.
No one's trying, at the lake.
Summer's dying and no one's trying
