Finding my life's rainbow yet not one bearing gold,
only my life's treasures and stories yet untold,
is my true ambition for it contains the mold,
of my past and future positions I will hold.
Life is but a rainbow it's colors bright and bold,
A gift from God above,
a wonder to behold.
Oh, if only rainbows were something bought and sold.
I would buy my rainbow and pay a pot of gold.

Poetry: Rainbows
by Roy Blokker
Teardrops echo like rainbows
Through a canyon.
A thousand thousand tears
When storm clouds gather, and
the chilling rain pours down;
and even the tallest and the strongest trees
stand, battered.
When
by Linda Irish
Given Time
Ever notice looking through a tear,
Light reflects a rainbow?
At desperate times, wonder still exists,
The sign of
Rainbows and rivers
Never to meet
Clouds of frustration
Lovers so
sweet
Sunshine mirrored
Reflections erased
Winds caressing the
Rainbow,
Gazing into the heaven
I see only your face
Longing for your touch
Held in an embrace
Colourful enchantments
Gentle
