Ways to avoid public speaking

the snacks there for around $20 to $25. If you took two weeks off, you could go every week for $1250 or maybe a little less. Speaking is actually DISCOURAGED in most movies theaters. Sharp readers may have already seen a practical mistake. Most people go to the movies in twos or more, so that would mean the cost is double. But, what if you're not most people? You are going to the movies to avoid speaking and it's important to keep that goal in mind. If you have someone with you, you will probably have to speak to them if you want them to come with you again. When you bring that person with you a second time, you will most likely have to speak to them again if you want them to return a third time with you to the movies. They will also ask you how you liked the meeting. Remember to give a noncommital answer like, "Pretty good". A couple final tips regarding Toastmasters:

-mention that you're "just visiting different clubs right now"

-don't go to lunch or dinner afterwards because you may have to converse. Be sure to eat by yourself.

All this last option costs is some gas, but you can speak even less as a visitor than you do playing poker [I forgot to mention online poker where there are no people even in the same room with you!]. This is like hiding in plain sight! Visiting Toastmasters without participating sort of innoculates you against actual learning. If your goal is to avoid public speaking, then maybe Toastmasters can be for you. I should warn you, though, that if you visit regularly, even different clubs, you may be
