I want to be...
All that I can;
from scientist, to painter, to building with sand.
I want to be...
Everything, a poet, a dancer, or a music man.
I want to be...
Happy and free to choose and make dreams a reality.
To whistle and hum, not be so hum-drum, and fly oh so high like a bird in the sky.
Yes maybe a pilot, or even a nurse, a singer, a writer but no driving a hearse!
I'll be a doctor, I'll be a a teacher.
I may even have my go as a preacher.
I want to be... Something special you see, what my heart
very surely tells me to be.
Maybe a boss at a big company.
Maybe a police officer fulfilling
his duty.
A lawyer, a vet, sound cool to me.
Maybe an animal trainer that works for
Disney!
I want to be something special you see, but please oh please don't choose for me.

I want to be
The most important
Clay of life
So can you
Shape me
To be a helper
Of life
All I need
Is a wheel
With a direction
