Here is one luxury bath item that I found rather interesting. It is called a bidet. They are found in many places throughout Europe and have made their way here to the US. For those who are not even sure what it is here is the definition "A bidet is a low-mounted plumbing fixture or type of sink intended for washing the genitalia, inner buttocks, and anus. Originally a French word, in English bidet is pronounced /bde/ (US) or /bide/ (UK)."
(Cited Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bidet 2008)
Now they are not only used for cleaning the parts as found in the wikipedia definition. You can also use them to clean your feet, this is also used by some as a baby bath but only the large ones that are not a part of your toilet. Bidet's are one of the most rapid growing companies in the United States. They not only have bidets in the large version which can be viewed on the wikipedia site, but now companies are coming up with ways to simply incorporate them into your everyday routine and existing toilets.
As seen at (http://www.juscuzz.com/) however they call it a Tushy Clean and they come in all different colors to match your current toilet features.
Or you can take a look at one of the top of the line bidet's at (http://www.biobidet.com/BB1000_SupremeBidet.htm) and this one has many features to choose from such as a remote control which allows you to personalize functions including water temperature, pressure, and this one also has a massage feature.
This site also shows you exactly how the system works.
The last one that I found to be interesting will even show you a video of how it goes on your toilet and shows the water coming up like a little water fall (http://www.usabidet.com/). With the touch of a button your bottom is clean. I found all of these products to be rather interesting as well as some of the warnings that come with those that allow you to control the temperature, watch out product can be hot and I believe that to be one spot that you would not want a burn. Other than that it seems a way to get a better clean without leaving anything behind.
