Best job searching sites

I worked in Asia Pacific Largest Jobsite company 1 years ago.Base on my field experience, the Best in U.S and worldwide definitely Monster.com, but when it comes to local perspective, I personally think that is better if you look through those local jobsite as the business opearion was conducted in local. Asia Pacific Area, consider JobsDB.com, and Malaysia, Jobstreet.com

JobsDB origin from Hong Kong, but it widen their boudaries to all over Asia Pacific and gain huge markets in Singapore, Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and even China. In Malaysia, Jobstreet is the 1st jobsite that started earlier than any other jobsite, so they had monopolied the market in Malaysia.

As for Monster.com in Asia, honestly I dont see or foresee any impacts towards the Asia market, due to the difficulty in collecting candidates database. But however they are rated as World No 1, cant deny.

Look for jobsite which they charge for employers, then only the site contain quality job or vacancies, those free jobsite usually ended up with all nonsense job and freelancer hiring.

Those are my personal experience and knowledge during my working period in that particular field, and you will notice 1 situation. the best jobsite in 1 country usually they monopolized with many huge employer or MNC companies, as for other jobsite within that country, they targeted at smaller employer. If you are looking for smaller company to work in, kindly look for smaller jobsite within the country. Those local No 1 jobsite usually cramp with Big Names and for candidates, is not a good sign as employers have a lot of choices on the resumes, the chances of being shortlisted or selected is actually lower, unless the qualification of the candidates is higher than ordinary jobseeker.

If you are a good candidates with strong background, you may try the No 1 jobsite as many good jobs were offered there.

Another situation is Monster.com provide a lot of overseas working opportunities, as they had the contact worldwide, is the best platform for candidates to search for overseas job there.

Thus, the conclusion is there is no single best jobsite in the world, it depends hugely on what type of job you are looking for, location of the job, type of company you want to work in, and also in which region you are from. Different jobsites have their own strong database specialized in different field. For example, JobsDB is specializing in Engineering nad IT, if you are looking for those related job, you can find a lot there.
