But practically it is not possible to find out the exact day on which you conceived, but you can get pretty darn close to the exact day of conception.

Usually conception occurs about 24-48 hours after ovulation followed by implantation which will be between 7 and 11 days later. In the beginning of pregnancy, all babies develop mostly at much the same rate. This rate begins to change dramatically for each baby after the first 12 weeks. So, the further into a pregnancy an ultrasound is performed, the less accurate it becomes. So for best and accurate results go for your ultrasounds much in time to determine the conceiving date.
