When you get pregnant this is the first question which comes to your mind like how to determine when you actually conceived?
But practically it is not possible to find out the exact day on which you conceived, but you can get pretty darn close to the exact day of conception.
Usually conception occurs about 24-48 hours after ovulation followed by implantation which will be between 7 and 11 days later. At this time your body knows it is pregnant and you start feeling tired and moody and experience the various symptoms of pregnancy. Once you conceive your body starts producing the pregnancy hormone which you confirm by doing the home pregnancy test.
But talking about finding the date of conceiving I believe you can find out about your conceiving date by going for an early ultrasound, between 8 and 10 weeks, which would give you a very accurate due date, and from this vital information you can easily figure out your conception date.
So if you really want to know about when you conceived go for an ultrasound in within 10 weeks of your pregnancy as early ultrasounds can date a pregnancy with 3-5 days of accuracy and this would really help to get you closer to determine your date of conception.
In the beginning of pregnancy, all babies develop mostly at much the same rate. This rate begins to change dramatically for each baby after the first 12 weeks. So, the further into a pregnancy an ultrasound is performed, the less accurate it becomes. So for best and accurate results go for your ultrasounds much in time to determine the conceiving date.
Here is a link to two websites which would answer to your question instantly if you know your last menstrual date.

I am sure these will help you to determine when you conceived if you have a good idea of how long your cycles are generally and when you usually ovulate.
In the end I would say that no doctor can give you an accurate day of your conception and you yourself know the best so do your calculations right.
Most of all don't be bothered about the exact date you conceived because the most important thing is that God has blessed you to be a mom soon.So enjoy your pregnancy and stay stress free, happy and healthy. And don't forget to take proper diet right.
HAPPY AND SAFE PREGNANCY !
