My earlist memory is actually a dream, I must have been somewhere about 8 months to a year old.
It took place in an incredible garden, it was amazing.
The grass was a shade of green I have yet to ever see it was perfect.
The trees were magestic and large huge trunks which means they must have been old.
They provided a canopy to sit under.
I remember clearly the feeling I had in this place, I felt calm, peace, serenity.
There was a woman with me I didn't know her yet felt very comfortable in her presence.
She walked with me as I explored a little,
I couldn't stop staring at all the beauty of this place, the colors.
The sky was a pale blue so light it was almost white, not a single cloud anywhere to be seen.
The temperature felt so very nice it was perfect, I can't describe it other than just right.
I saw at a distance something glistening, like a castle of some kind, it was gold and very bright, almost as if it were illuminated but it was daylight.
I continued to walk I wanted to get near the castle. I looked over at the woman holding my hand she was beautiful, not in a makeup and clothes manner.
Not in a superficial way at all, she was just so soft looking, her features were very delicate
very natural not a stitch of makeup yet she was luminous.
Her hair was very long, a dark brown color it flowed gently behind her.
I can see it all still as if this was just now.
Something caught my attention again, it was a Lion lying just beneath a beautiful tree.
The Lion was a bright shade of golden Yellow with a touch of orange he was awesome in size, very strong and healthy looking not one blemish. He had a big regal looking mane the framed his face perfectly.
He looked at me as I looked at him and something in me wanted to just run to him.
The woman felt my excitement I suppose, and she said to me "it's allright go over to him".
As I walked he just stared at me with the most loving eyes I have ever seen in an animal.
I immedialtey touched his mane I also felt incredibly comfortable with him.
He was so soft, so warm I could feel his breath rising in and out on his side, it was so soothing.
I sat down next to him and continued to pet him, eventually I leaned over and gave him a big hug I just stayed there, my arms wrapped around his enormous neck, and felt so safe, so at home.
I must have fallen asleep because the womans voice woke me as she called my name.
She extended her hand and said let's go.
I remember feeling anxious and saying "no" I want to stay, please...
She simply said "you can't now, but one day you will return".
Just then I saw a light turn on in the middle of darkness.
My mother appraoched my crib and touched my belly and said what's the matter? Are you ok?
She leaned in to pick me up, and I felt so frustrated, I wanted so much to share with her my experience, but I could not speak, I could not find words, I felt even more upset and could only cry.
She soothed me and I must have fallen asleep again.
It was years before I could share with her in detail what I dreamt.
I told her when I was 5.
I frequently recall that dream and I want so much to go again, to visit in my dreams that place, that Lion, that garden.
This was my earlist memory.
