Easy weight loss: A personal plan to get in shape - and stay in shape

There are a lot of interesting things that have come up from exercise machines, to diet pills and all sorts of programs. So what works for you may not work for others. This regime I finally found that is satisfying for me. As a mother of 2 children and how weight starts to add up on your waist for years to come. I found a way that won't take up a lot of time and effort to keep my slim high school body looking wonderful and energy to keep up with the daily life tasks.

For working out, I do a series of Pilate's, yoga, and a wonderful fun and versatile work out from turbo jam. So I am never bored with the same routine and the same old thing over and over again. As long as I do 18-45 minutes a day for 5 days a week with any one of the pilates, yoga or turbo jam it keeps my weight down and my body looking vibrantly healthy. Sometimes I may do 5-10 minutes of pilates and then turbo jam for 18 minutes and it works to keep your body fit.

As far as eating right, I have only cereal in the morning I like wheat cereals with the strawberry fruits in it. If I do have a meal it may be every other week I indulge in everything. The all American breakfast, Coffee, eggs, bacon, rice, and toast. Lunch would be simple sandwiches like Tuna, peanut butter and jam, or tortilla wraps of refried beans, just simple things like that with toasted chips or veggie bits like carrots, celery, or crackers on the side. For dinner I have a full meal. Usually some sort of meat with rice and vegies. Simple 3 meals a day, sometimes light fruit snacking in between. And once in a while a fruit smoothie shake in replacement of a meal with fresh fruits.

Now this is the part that helps to replace a meal with a fresh small smoothie or little bite size snacks of fruits or veggies. The secret is Oloong Tea. I strongly recommend this tea be included in everyones diet. 2 cups a day keeps the weight away. It suppresses your appetite so that you won't want to eat all day or snack all day. So you will be more aware of over eating or indulgence in eating like I use to have. Burns 157% more calories than Green Tea. Reduces Fattening Effects of Carbs, Clarifies Skin, giving it a Healthy Glow, Reduces Saturated Fat Absorption and I love it.

Now also what I feel is natural and inexpensive, which assist a great deal of weight loss and overall health from inside out. Is a cleansing, within your body you have many toxins that build up after so many years. Cleansing is recommended every 3 months and will do your body wonders.

This is some things both women and men could do to keep in shape without over doing it and it's very inexpensive and not so much time consuming too. It's easy to apply it to your everyday regime anywhere you go and no need to take extra time and money to have someone tell you what you already know. But most part, of it is your determination. Your drive to succeed. So like the DVD Turbo Jam that I have. DECIDE. COMMIT. AND SUCCEED. You are never alone. You Can Do it.
