Sheila, Poor Sheila... She Died
From out of the blue Sheila came,
intending to stake out her claim;
She arrived in a van,
latched on to the man,
She thought she could easily tame.
Their affair went quite well for awhile
'Til she put on the pressure with style;
He was caught in the middle,
and little by little,
His nature became very vile.
Now, it's evident everyone knows,
As the story usually goes;
Although they had tarried,
the man was quite married,
and the chapter on Sheila would close.
Less time were the consorts now spending,
His marriage appeared to be ending;
His wife had a thought,
so a pistol she bought,
her decision was made and unbending.
With the pistol held close to her side,
She took careful aim with great pride;
Sheila, poor Sheila,
she scornfully eyed,
and Sheila, poor Sheila... she died.
