By Eric Selig

The pros of working in a call center are:

1.) Having access to previous client information making it a little easier to make a sale.

2.) With auto dial previously set up no need to dial up the numbers manually.

3.) Working in a call center can make effective use of personability.

4.) Call center positions come with stable work hours already in place.

The cons of working in a call center are:

1.) The information can at times be out of date in the computer data base.

2.) Telephone numbers can be out of date as people have moved or changed employers.

3.) The customer on the other end of the telephone can be frustrating at times.
