Top ten items you'd like to bargain for

by Roxanne Dubarry

Created on: June 28, 2008

*1 I do not consider myself too much of a coupen clipping supermarket shopper. How ever I would like to bargain for an all expense paid trip to the supermarket. In a way I already have that option due to my WASH Cap card. But under the rules of my bargain shopping, I would be able to shop for needy families who have to choose between prescription drugs and groceries.

*2 I would like to bargain shop for the perfect weight. Being short and heavy means I get tired hauling around all of my excessive pounds. Too bad I can not afford Jenny Craig's or Weight Watchers. Yes I do have a diet counselor who is also a diabetic. But bargaining for will power is something even the United States dollar can not buy!

*3 I do have home care workers, through Cathletic Community Services currently three days a week. But I would like to bargain for more hours, not based on mental or physical aging, but based upon need! Let's face it I am not the world's neatest person! My home care agency can tell you, "Roxanne, you need to get orgainized" By now they should know it's almost impossible.

*4 One of the main reasons I write for Helium is because I have the option to donate the proceeds of my writings to their numerous charities. I have a hard time picking and choosing the right one. It would be nice to donate more than just peanuts to them! I would like to bargain for an end of human suffering and pain.

*5 Bargaining for an end to world wide hunger, and disasters should have put on the top of my list! Maybe if I leap frog this article I will make it number one instead of number five.

*6 Not all the nations of the world enjoy the relgious freedom of the United States and Canada. I would like to set the captive spirits that are under bondage to religious oppression because of their sex, and ethnic background just for starters.

*7 Freedom without force. It would be nice to liberate the nations of the world without resorting to physcial violence. Jesus Christ is the only qualified candiate. The Western World enjoys liberty and sometimes takes it too lightly! President Bill Clinton believed in using military troops for humanitarian aid and so does President Bush.

*8 Adequate clothing and housing for the needy people of the world. But it should not end with aiding third world's children but not their parents. It should and does provide disater assistance in the United States as well. That's one bargain the world can find common ground on!

*9. "A mind is a terrible thing to waste," motto of United Negro College Fund. Children, teens, and adults need an education not only to raise their standard of living, but to pass on their knowledge to future geneations yet unborn. I would bargain for people to look outside of the box of their comfort zones. How could I benefit humanity as a whole, not just my family?

*10 And finally I would bargin for "peace on earth good will towards all men" Again Jesus Christ is the only qualified person to establish a world wide peace! I would gladly bargin for lasting peaceful security!
