I'm the one to make you dance
the one to make you run
making sure your energy's enhanced
and I wont stop until your done
I will sparkle and shine in the light

and hang in tuff
discovering what i'm about
poor diet and bigger guts
So now I fight with sweet and low
I've turned to a crying wreck
i'm shiny my sweets the way to eat and go
for I am just a pretty tiny spec
