TIME ONLY KNOWS
I wish I could turn back the hands of time.
We could go back to where everything was fine
I try to show how much I care
to let you know I'll always be there
Its like the harder I try the harder I fall
Lord tell me is there a breaking point at all?
I know im doing everything i possibly could
I can try harder if you think I should.
Right now im doing all that I possibly can
Im not giving up cause from now on I stand
I know I make mistakes now and then
but,tell me one person who is a perfect 10.
I want to getup and scream loud into the air
Why are you so hard on me this is not fair?
Then a silence fell over the ground and for
miles and miles I didn't hear a sound.
I walked for a bit with my head held high
I know im not crazy,it came from the sky
That just put a big smile on my face
he will back off now he knows I can
handle this place
When he feels your ready
its your time to go
He will turn loose
BUT ONLY TIME KNOWS.
