Learn to listen to the person that is close to you. Be honest with yourself about love and friendship. Treat others the way you want others to treat you. The first step to a relationship is to understand and love yourself. Your eyes leads you to the way to happiness by seeing the good in people. Reach yourself into your thoughts and rejoice over the good things in your life. Honor those who give thanks to the love one through caring for them and teaching them.
Filter out the bad in people and filter in the good in people through words of encouragement and friendship. Step back and look yourself from another person's view and change the negative into positive. Give to those who are less fortunate than you and give them a hug. Tell your wife or husband that he is special and the day is just the beginning of another bad day to come so when the bad day comes he will remember how special you are to him or her.
Listen to the words in your soul and count the minutes that pass by your mouth through swallowing your pride. Tickle your nose and take a deep breath because the next one will give you peace of mind. Show courage in times of stress and worry because the day after will be nicer or more pleasant. Find the time to look at yourself in the mirror and make faces at yourself because that face will give you inspiration to the next generation.
Walk beside a elderly person and watch them to see how they respond to your gesture is what keeps them young. Throw yourself onto the couch and watch television for three hours without moving and the next moment you will be in love with your mate. Sit down and look into the window and imagine yourself winning the powerball and play each time you look at thing outside. Count to 55 backwards and then firt that will relieve yourself from getting angry at your husband next times he eats your favorite ice-cream.
Remember to tell your mother each week that her toes are getting bigger so she will watch her weight each year. Type a story about someone who makes you angry or ashamed that will relieve you from depression or sadness. Sing a song of sadness when everyone around you is laughing and treating you like Mrs. America. Take a pledge to honor those who in need of a good ass whopping by shaking their hand after using the bathroom. Licks your lips after giving him something he will never forget and that is a good cleaning behind his ears. Check and sniff your arms to see if they smell bad because you will get some good loving tonight
