Wishing for quiet I will always be.
In days of all rumble, children laughing with glee.
Songs from the streets and marketplaces too.
Hymns sung in churches from folk kneeling in twos.
I've never more dreamt of quietness near.
Not even a whisper when I hear drunk men cheer.
God gave us laughter and joyfullness too.
Forsaken by some the cheerfulness through and through.
Over the seas and skies far beyond the skies.
Rivers and seas are sending wonderful sighs.
Queens in the kingdom are singing for love.
Us little ones hear only sing to god above.
If your are dreaming of quietness and time
Everlasting times to remember just give the sign.
Together we will have a wonderful wish come true.
