Rewards really do help with goal setting and achievement and it can be anything you like. Some of mine have included sweet treats, new running shoes, a running mp3 player, books, running clothes, dinner at a nice restaurant, or other things I've been holding back on because I'm trying to be frugal. Rewards can shape behavior and attitudes of that potentially beautiful person. Setting performance expectations centered on bootstrapping actions and decisions is considered important.


Focusing on the outcome causes you to feel it, own it, touch it. Focus on having an even better time shopping for clothes, Its even possible that you may have found your waistline and people don't treat you like the invisible person.You need to consider doing a pain and pleasure audit? Imagine that you are eating too much fatty foods, for example. To associate pain with this you might imagine yourself a few years in the future and see how you look, bigger and unhealthier.
Instead of turning away, suffering needs to be faced square on. Whether bereavement or a sense of rejection, anger, fear, illness or mental pain allow the spirit of clouds and water to flow into its very essence. Instead of problems running my life, I feel in control again and therefore have a future.
