The Boy Wizard:

The prophecy foretold
Of a plan, that would unfold.
The plan involved only two people,
One of which was incredibly evil.

A boy grew up and went to school,
A school that, to him, was very cool.
Inside its walls, he learned magical spells,
About plants, and animals, and tiny little elves;

Teachers gave him very little slack,
Even if his books were bursting his pack.

Detentions ensued during the late hours,
Carving in his hand while staring at flowers.

Goblets of fire and goblets of mystery,
Goblets of juice and goblets of history,
None of which have foiled the sleuth,
Except, maybe, the potion of truth.

Many things stood in his way,
But the boy wizard always saves the day.
Friends by his side, and wand in pocket,
He'll never release that sacred locket.

Unruly, loud, and yet a careful plotter,
He also sings his parents' Alma Mater.
Inside those woods, he protected them all,
Which led to the dark wizard's ultimate fall.

Love in his heart, and bravery in mind,
The lives continue for all of wizardkind.
The deaths ensued and took a toll,
And in his heart, they left a hole.

The worst teacher of all couldn't escape,
The Dark Lord's wrath even killed off Snape.
Exams and deaths aside, the days grew hotter,
And the boy wizard will always, be Harry Potter.
