Introducing the idea of a 'Corporate Mom'

In the same way the very best corporations provided on site childcare to attract and retain great employees, the next step up that ladder would be to provide a "Corporate Mom" for employees. Picture an office that when you enter, is decorated to be "Mom's Kitchen, complete with a working oven, that has cookies baking, coffee brewing, a comfortable table and chairs where you can put your feet up and relax and have someone just listen to you. Let's face it there are enough search engines available to anyone with a computer to problem solve issues. What is lacking are a pair of ears that listen, and some nurturing and maybe a hug or a hand to hold. With my life experience I know the needs of mom's who are so busy caring for the entire family, and running on empty herself, often without support from a mom or family member. I have initiated this position for myself with General Mills, Cargil, and 3M.........I am a patiently waiting, and I predict this will be a very important asset to corporations in America.
