Order chaos, Chaos order, which ever way you look at it, these are essentially two parts of one system. Without chaos there would be no order and without order there would be no chaos. Without one the other cannot exist, they rely on each other to exist. This parallels close to ancient teachings such as the Yin and Yang of Buddhism or the as above, so below' of the Occult Mystery Schools.
Order and chaos are an important part of our every day lives; it effects us on such a small level that we don't even notice it and on such a big level that we cannot even see it. So what is chaos and what is order? Over the next few paragraphs I will try to explain what I believe to be order' and chaos'
C-O systems are much like Einstein's idea for 4-D space-time, in that space and time are intrinsically connected together and there can't be one without the other. How common is this link, for example; spiders and their webs, birds and their nests, how far does chaos stretch into our lives? Do we experience it everyday, is it in our lives without us realising it is there. Should order-chaos be defined as a dimension in itself?
I live in the UK, so my experience of this subject will be different some what, to experiences of people living in the US and the rest of the world. I will also use the abbreviation of C-O when I am talking about chaotic-ordered systems.
Examples of C-O (Chaos-Ordered) Systems.
As they are part of the same thing, I cannot separate them into their own headings as they both have to be dealt with at the same time. The closest thing I have to give you as a context to work from would be the simple example of; a book contains two halves, without each other the book makes no sense. This analogy can be applied to chaos and order, without each other, they both simply cannot exist.
Please remember that I am from the UK so you will have to adapt my examples so that you can apply them to your lives!
These first two examples are of an chaotic system turning ordered.
Firstly imagine that you are English and you have run out of tea bags, so you need to go to the corner shop to get some more. At that instant I create a chaotic system. A chaotic system of having to get dressed, put on my shoes, find some money, find my keys, etc, etc. Each of these stages are part of the chaotic system putting itself into order. So by the end of the chaotic system, I have walked to the shops, making sure I don't get run over, getting the tea bags from the shelf and finally buying them. Once I
