Recipes: Irish coffee or Bailey's coffee

Irish coffee or Bailey's Coffee.
Not only are Irish pubs popular so are the welcoming homes of the Irish.
My recipe is pretty simple you dont even need a fancy whisk or any thing. First get yourself a large mug. Now go find the kettle. Fill the kettle with water and bring to a nice even rapid boil. Grab the mug. Grab the instant coffee. Put a couple of teaspoons of your instant coffee in to the mug.The water should be ready. Grab the kettle and pour water into the mug filling it halfway up with water now stir it quite briskly with a spoon. Grab your baileys or irish whisky and whichever is your choosing pour about 2 shots thereabouts in to the mug.Top up the mug with more water. Now open the fridge and grab the whipped cream. Put a dallop of whipped cream on top of the coffee in the mug. Now have a seat and enjoy the coffee.
