Divorce rates are high, the equality of women is increasing, and the roles of relationships have changed over the years. Men are not the only ones who can take someone home for a one night stand and share it with their friends. "Sex in the City" is notorious for the sharing of one night stands of independent women and getting together over drinks or dinner to discuss the details.

The "right" of traditional way of doing things, as taught by our parents, is to find someone special date them for a while and then get married and have that "unforgettable" honeymoon night with your significant other. Ultimately the goal is to share something that neither of you have ever experienced with another person. While this all seems very exclusive and special in today's society this is very rare.

The raw truth is that men AND women all have curiosity about their sex life. Am I good in bed? Are things getting old? Am I making her/him happy? From a woman's perspective the first time is not that enjoyable. First of all women have to deal with the unavoidable "cherry" bursting and ruining the sheets. This makes things quite awkward no matter how close you are with someone. When experiencing things for the first time, feeling things your body has never experienced before and not knowing what to do, can be quite embarrassing. From the man's perspective he is unable to go for a long time no matter how long he has prepared for this moment. The initial introduction to the warmth of a woman cannot compare to anything that he has imagined or dreamed of. Ultimately, ruining the sheets and having a five minute sex session is not what the fairytale is made up of on your honeymoon night.

The idea of a "slutty" woman has changed over the years. Women aren't expected to be the saint that has been waiting for the perfect man anymore. Instead, women date around and sleep with multiple men and this is usually anticipated in today's society. The truth is that if couples were exclusive that eventually there would come a time that they would wonder about sex with another person and how someone else looked completely naked. The curiosity will always be there. There is no confirmation or safe feeling of what you have is right and perfect for you if you have nothing to compare it to.

Women have become completely independent and don't rely on a man's income or support in raising a child or supporting themselves. Among all of this, women like men also have multiple one night stands. Men fall in to
