I do not believe that the question is not so much IF there should be more Star Wars films but HOW.
Lucas Arts are not going to drop the biggest Sci-Fi to ever appear on film, paper, or cd rom.
with film being the most prominent. There is alredy set to be released in augest 2008 The Clone Wars movie, as well as a TV series to follow it.
There is also set for release in 2009 a untitled live action tv series. of which the games department of lucas arts has already expressed interest in.
The specific question however is "films", by this I assume movies, as mentioned above the new 3D clone wars series will start with a movie, past this point I am afraid that there has been no official revaluations. There has been hints from Geroge Lucas however, he has stated that he does not want to make anymore movies about the Skywalkers, so no Legacy of the Force movies. Lucas also stated that there is a possibility for an extension to the star wars series at the time of the Jedi Civil War/Sith War/aftermath era, weather this is a TV series or a Movie is unknown.
Why is Mr. Lucas so good at keeping secrets?
Because it builds suspense, he is in the enviable position of only having to shove the words "Star Wars" on something and it will sell well.... unless of course it is that non-canonical Indianna Jones/Star Wars crossover comic book (Han Solo killed by American Indians bleh.
There is only one thing to be considered on a slightly negative scale for another Star Wars movie, and that is a closed book, or dvd case as it may be. The Star Wars movie series tells the story of Anakin Skywalker, who as we know dies in Return of The Jedi, so if another Star Wars movie were made would it have to be another 3/6 on a completely unrelated storyline. While I have nothing against the idea of this, one wonders how successfully it could be pulled off.
One method would be to place it in a time familiar to Star Wars Fans such as the Old Republic. Maybe a movie just after the Exile leaves for unknown space to fight the "true sith", maybe about Revan and the Exile fighting the "true sith". Without the abilities to look into the future of Jacen Solo I can not say. but I guess time will tell
Star Wars has the fan base to financially support many more movies, even with Jar Jar Binks the prequels were a financial success, however Ep. III, which has only two appearances of the gungan was the biggest success grossing $848,998,815.... from this paragraph we can conclude that there will be no Jar Jar in any future movies.
So to draw to a conclusion, Yes there will be more Star Wars films made.
I mean whats better than one barrel of monkeys?

This is really a ridiculous concept. The saga is really very perfect the way it is. The only way to continue the story
