Being as I recently married a 20 year old and I am 50 here was her answer and answers.
I did not have to be broke in so to speak. She said that an older man has already been there done that in many situations and can adapt to about anything that comes along. Immaturity is out the window and insecurity. An older man is not looking for a motherly figure but a companion, so a young vibrant female is more to his liking also as it makes him feel young. Which lets go of all his inhibitions and some realities and pours out more love and affection than that of a much younger man that would probably try to be more dominant and less equal in caring and giving from an emotional point of view. An older fella knows compassion, sensitivity, helpfulness, deeper sense of passion, romance, knowledge of daily living, less likely to stray, and more confident in himself and feels more secure about life and what it has to offer. A few things she likes about being with an older guy like me is that I do most of the cooking, I am not afraid to clean, know how to make careful insightful decisions, not a suck up but know how to listen and pay attention to her points of view.

She says...lol...that it would take 3 younger guys at once to replace me. An older gentleman does not always have to have a night out with the boys but also is intelligent enough about life to allow her to have female friends and nights out when HER TIME with buddies is needed. There are other things beneficial too...like grocery shopping and buying a car or buying a house. Or adapting to new situations an older man generally speaking is like a chameleon as he can do that. His ways are already in focus and do not change much as girls like things to be in order most of the time. And although an older man is set in his ways she has the ability to be critical and he will understand and usually accept the criticism with an open mind whereas younger gentlemen would not. Dating an older man has more benefits than a younger fella as they tend to be less critical but more appreciative of the little things a young gal takes more seriously and a young fella would not and cannot be sensitive to that til he is older...i.e.. Then he will be able to date a younger woman that wants to date an older man. An older man will almost always make nice compliments to her in a way that makes her vanity shine not tarnished. There are many more qualities that is sought and found in dating an older man and when the right one is found he is appreciated. Which enables him to give out the love and caring attitude so sought.
