Oh my skin so dry! Its time for you to fly!
Chill out my dear friend as I am going to share with you the most simple and practical techniques which will make your skin look beautiful and nourished. Get set to get rid of that dry skin which is bothering you from a long time.
Here are those tips to prevent dry skin.The most important Do's and Don'ts are
DO'S
1.Drink plenty of water to keep your skin well hydrated to prevent dry skin. Dry and
De-hydrated skin leads to aging so simply carry water bottle with you at all times if you want to stay young and beautiful. Ideally you should drink eight glasses of water in a day.
2.Always apply moisturizers right after bathing to nourish your skin immediately.
3.Always use sun screen before getting out in the sun and take care that SPF level of your sunscreen is over 30.
4.Minimize your exposure to the wind and cold to prevent dry skin.
5.Eat a balanced and healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables.
6.Exfoliate on regular basis by using natural scrubs, but avoid using scrubs with grainy bits as they tend to be very severe on dry skin
7.Use humidifier at home or specially in the bedroom as it helps a lot to get back the moisture in the air.
8.Add oil to your baths to sooth your dry skins regularly, as the oil help the dry skin to retain the moisture easily.
9.Always wear soft fabrics that won't scratch or irritate the dry ski and try wearing loose-fitting cotton clothing instead of tight, non-breathable fabrics.
10.Vitamins A and E, zinc and essential fatty acids can be used to ease dry skin and reduce inflammation, from the inside out to prevent dry skin.
DON'TS
1.Avoid alcohol and caffeine as far as possible as they help the body and skin cells to lose fluids and essential minerals which results in dryness.
2.Do not wipe badly with the towel but lightly pat dry and never rub your skin while drying.
3.Do not use highly alkaline soaps or chemical soaps, but go for very mild soaps or use soaps which contain extra oils and fats.
4.Avoid showers in very hot water as it is the simplest way to reduce dryness.
5.Avoid long showers and don't take numerous baths or showers every day as it leads to skin dryness.
6.Limit your sunbaths and do not expose your skin excessively in the sun, as the sun rays harm your skin to a great extent causing dry skin and wrinkles.
7.Do not leave your house without applying moisturizers.
8.Avoid smoking completely to prevent dry skin.
9.Avoid sudden changes in temperatures and stay away from over heated rooms.
10.Do not scratch your dry and itchy skin as it will only make your skin condition worse but instead try to keep it hydrated and moisturized at all times.
Take care of your diet,exercise regularly and sleep well. Just follow these Do's and Don'ts religiously with positive attitude. In the end then you can easily say goodbye to your dry skin and sing along "Oh my skin so dry! Its time for you to fly!".
