There are two reasons people flock to Aspen Colorado. One is to see big name celebrities, and the other is to go on vacation to get away from it all. People go to breathtaking, unspoiled Aspen to enjoy Mother Nature at her finest, and possibly sight a celebrity or two.

Aspen Colorado is an incredibly beautiful Mecca of nature so plan on staying for a while to enjoy all the area has to offer. Here are ten Aspen Colorado warm weather activities:

1.Mountain biking in Aspen is the experience of a lifetime! From May until October ride thru the varied and extensive miles and miles of trails for the beginner to the very experienced mountain bike rider. Take a guided tour on Snowmass, or the Ashcroft Ghost Town; it's an ideal ride for kids.

2.Go horseback riding in the backcountry of Aspen and enjoy the spectacular scenery, of this remote wilderness paradise. Take the kids and have some fun! They even have overnight camping tours for everyone.

3.Ride the rapids on the Arkansas River or the Colorado River. Every experience level is challenged here and there are tours for the kids. Trips last from 4 to 8 hours. The scenery is the best in the world, and when the rapids slow down you can take it all in. They even have Duckies that are inflatable kayaks that handle smaller white water.

4.Did anyone say, golf? Yes you can golf here too in the heart of the Rockies! With fabulous mountain views, and a professional course, golf to your hearts content.

5.Now this is different. Take a yoga hike through the mountains of Aspen. How incredibly exhilarating! Take a hike and see all the beautiful scenery, and wildlife, and then relax and rejuvenate by doing yoga. Yoga will never be the same after experiencing this.

6.Aspen has it all! How about hopping into a hot air balloon and floating through the air seeing the best view known to man? An incredible flight over the mountains of Aspen awaits.

7.Did you ever paraglide off a more spectacular mountain than in Aspen? Any experience level is welcome, even 5-year-old kids can do this. You can fly tandem or fly solo to soar high above the earth, and take flight with a panoramic view off of Aspen Mountain. Prepare for colder temperatures even in the summer by dressing warm.

8.Try fly-fishing in a beautiful crystal clear creek full of jumping trout. You can go alone or take a guide. The guide will teach you what to do and help you catch huge trout in Roaring Fork River or one of the many reservoirs.

9.For an awe-inspiring adventure, go rock climbing in Aspen. Any experience level is welcome because the experienced guides will just about push you up that mountain. You'll head way up Independence Pass and enjoy the view of Elk Mountain surrounding Aspen. Not for the kids however is a four -day Snowmass Mountain climbing expedition.

10.Take a jeep tour and travel up the back- side of Aspen Mountain. You'll experience an awesome view of the Continental Divide, and the Montezuma Basin. History unfolds here as the guide tells you about the early mining days of Aspen.

While in Aspen you have to relax in the Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs. You won't want to get out. Don't forget kayaking and canoeing in the crystal clear water of the various creeks and rivers in Aspen. Take your camera to take pictures of the beautiful scenery and don't forget the celebrities.
