Chop Suey



4 tso flour 5 cups broth
1/3 cup cooking oil 1/3 sliced carrot
3 pcs crushed garlic 1/2 kg sayote
1/3 kg Baguio beans or green beans 1kg cabbage in chunks
1/4 kg shrimps 1/4 kg pork
1/3 cup soy sauce salt and pepper
4 pcs onions,sliced 2 pcs small patola




Saute onion and garlic. Add shrimps and pork. Season. Add broth. Thicken with dissoved flour, stirring constantly.

Add carrots,sayote and green beans. Add cabbage and patola when almost cooked.

Seve hot with calamansi slices (15-20 servings)
