Beer, believed to be around approx 12000 years. In ancient civilizations beer was brewed by some such as Mesopotamians. Brewing has a long history; some scholars' believe there were certain techniques used by ancient Egypt.
Heinken, a major European brand brewed in United States too. Brewing company and location doesn't matter but taste and good quality does matter. I travel frequently; the major beers offered in Airline are Heinken, Stella Artois or Budwesier.
In Europe, Beer culture is too high. People are not restricted from having beer in open place. It is just like drinking water for them whereas in United States it is a restricted alcohol which cannot be taken in public. Hence there is cultural difference and difference in law.
The beer style and tradition inherited from immigrants around the world started to disappear. Good aggressive marketing campaigns changed United States beer preference.
Great American Beer Festival held in Oct 2007 in Denver-US, where it was astonishing to see most of the booths are staffed by brewers themselves. In this festival it hosts one of largest tasting competition. Many judges from around the world participated and evaluated beer made by brewing companies and the award went to Illinois based brewing company named Pabdst Brewing.
In 2007, The National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) highlighted the role of distributors play to make best available beer to consumers. Since there are over 13000 brands of beer available in United States; distributors are the main link between consumers and the brands.
The major ingredients used in beers are some plant sugars, some water, and some yeast. Brewing concepts remain same which mainly consist of four steps such as Grain Processing, Boiling, Pitching and Fermentation. Due to technology advancement, the machineries used for these process is been changed. To maintain government regulations; there are major mandatory quality process to be approved by government bodies before it comes out of brewing factory.
Beer generally will have very less Alcohol content. The quality of beer from breweries improved over the years, which helped them to distribute and establish a good choice for consumers. United States beer industry has never lost market share since 1970s. The quality and various choices for consumers are maintained ever since.
United States has a good regulations on these sectors, hence American Brewed beers matches the best taste and quality comparing to any other beers in the world, so people like beer which are brewed in America.
