Being incentive in long process of getting education is not simple. An adult who is willing back to school, probably after few years of working, being eager can be absolutely difficult. For adults raising families and working, have its own particular challenges.

Adult education is a very important way of learning and helpful to the all kind of people. In our world people who are uneducated get no better chance to work in any good position and a person having no any education falls in victims, any educational work done by others, at last think previous time. Adult education is that such education with many chances to give learners. No limit of age to join in this school. Joining in adult education is a pleasure as to meet many people exchanging their words and develop the own future and children's. Being educated from this system one can be the key to success in life. That person can raise his lives in modern and get peace. One who is educated is known to erudite circle.

Even in this age of science and progress, nearly many people are illiterate in the world. So they are not at all acquainted with modern changes and progress. So, adult education is quite essential to change illiteracy and to introduce in modern life.
Education is essential for all:
Adult education gives a person knowledge and farsightedness. This removes the ignorance of a person and enables him to distinguish the dark and the bright side of a thing. So, education is essential for all, the adult have to shoulder the responsibility of the present time. If they do not know about the modern change and progress, the country cannot make progress in the field of improvement. So education is a must for the adult.
Measures taken to remove illiteracy from the world:
Big amount of unlettered people appeared in the world where poverty is and nothing knowledge about future life and their next generation. If some parts of the world is behind in this sector countries that are also behind. For removing ignorance there should be adult educational system and those who are in, should partake in adult education. Uneducated farmers do not know how to follow the modern scientific methods of cultivation. So the yield of crops is very low. Had the cultivators been acquainted with the modern methods of cultivation, they would have been able to double the yield of crops. So cultivators in the world should be educated but their time of studying is left and now study with young children in school, college and university is quite intolerable. Here is a chance of studying in adult education which spreads its facility to learners. The educated people should come forward and take up the responsibility of educating the illiterate people. Both the educated and the uneducated people are free at night. So night is the best time to learn. If every educated person undertakes to educate his illiterate brethren and teaches them one hour every night for one year, the world can be easily free from the curse of illiteracy.
In conclusion it is proved that all people of all age can study in adult educational system if someone wishes and it helps people to grow knowledge.
