Never, Never, Never.
Through the valley of time and the hills of age we search,
Never going to know where it may lurk,
The ageless wonder has never ceased,
Even while the thought was released,
The question is there.
Where is it, where could it be,
The answer is in the redwood tree,
In the earth, the sun and the wind,
Never, Never, Never.
I wonder if the world will know by my demise
If the sun and the moon cease to shine.
If the world should open and crack ,crumble and shatter,
Would the answer really even matter,
The day is night and night is day
the water is on the land.
The fish and the mammals die
the birds can no longer fly
the worms have drowned
the rich are down
the peasant is meek
That is when the truth will peek,
Careful, In the answer you seek,
The dark will dwell
open the earth,
pits of hell.
