Anhauser-Busch was ranked # 1 in Fortune magazine as the most admired Co. in America. With twelve breweries across the continent and 30,000 employees around the world Anhauser is the leading mass producer of beer. With all the beverages, alcoholic or not such as O'douls and and the Legendary king of beer (Budwieser) like I had to tell you.Other families include Michelob, and Busch as well as catagories such as Imports , specailty beers , seasonal , regional , malt's and specialty malt's and even organic beer. The world's largest brewery Include's holds in a couple micro brewery's one in Oregon and the other in Seattle, Wa.The environtal aspect of the co. is and has been genius,Since the late eighteen hundred's Anhauser-Busch started to recycle left over grain as cattle feed.
This great beverage company is truly american. From the environment stance to the recent donation of drinking water to flood ravaged american cities and towns. Over twelve thousand cases donated, way to go Anhauser ,taken care of their own. With the brewery tours taken by the great people of the U.S. It would be a real shame to lose this American institution to another country. It's not about not liking them it is about American pride and the American taste. Why go to Europe where most folk's claim American beer is watered down and bland. This country already loves you. It is evident in the fact Budwieser alone has an almost 50% hold in this nations homes. Why would the ceo's and other elites at Anhauser-Busch sell to a non american company, For the money ? Keep america strong,Keep this Co. in this country.
Would the brewery's stay here? Would the tours continue? or would more hard working American's be lining up at the local unemployment office! There is only one way to know for sure that is to keep Anhauser-Busch an American Icon. The name says it all,Budwieser dubbed The Great American Lager. Not The great american sell out! This company was named after a German Immigrant that came to this country and found greatness.I believe it would be a slap in the face to take Eberhard Anhauser's and his son inlaw Adolphis Busch's company and sell it overseas.
As child I remember my father and I'm sure countless other fathers tilting that red and white can to their lips and washing down all the goodness of that can.Since 1876 it's probably been that way. That was the year Budwieser was born here in America. How many times have you yourself gone to store and picked out a Anhauser-Busch family of beer. Can't keep count right? Even the potent drunk inducing Natural Ice is a Anhauser family beer.Get drunk cheap buy a sixer of Nattie Ice.Bud is a sponsor of a whole slew of clubs and league's throughout the U.S..Budwieser is to America as is the NFL is to America.Other countries have thier football (soccer) and we have ours.It is a unique and American thing,Just like Bud.
Even if Anhauser-Busch goes Euro. I would still consume this American heritage while I consume my Cheeseburgers and Hot dogs.I am an American and traditions are hard to break. The Belgian company that could buy Anhauser is still gonna leave the brewery's .They have to keep american's happy. These brands of beers are consumed in every country but no more so than in this county. It is this country I love, and the great american lager I long for!
