jokes, music, or images onto the thin paper. Next spray the paper with a mist of water until it is very damp but not soaking wet. Wrap the paper around the eggs and allow it to dry. These are really beautiful!

7. Mr. Mister

Using the same mister bottle, start with undyed or lightly dyed eggs. Spray with your favorite color dye! This is a very simple, fast way to decorate eggs. Try different techniques. It can resemble tie-dying and works well in conjunction with tie-dying.

8. Ancient Artifact Eggs

Make a paste of flour, water, and a bit of salt. Pat paste around eggs until they are somewhat covered. Adorn with sprigs of faux moss. These cool eggs look like something that just rolled in from Stonehenge!

9. The More the Merrier

There is something to the saying "The More the Merrier." For this design technique, you will need several eggs. Two dozen or more. Choose a variety of sizes and colors for a nice effect. What looks best for this project is to steer away from traditional Easter colors and choose browns and grays. Mixing a few colored dyes together can often result in brown. Dye your eggs and allow them to dry. Put them in a big basket all together. Nothing else needed. For a super cool effect, throw in a robin's egg or other wild bird's egg you found in your garden. Just be careful about eating anything a found egg touches!

10. Wine Dipped Dazzlers

Dip eggs into red wine, white wine, and blush wine for beautifully unique eggs. This is a good project for grown-ups.

Whatever way you choose to decorate your eggs, display them in a great egg holder. I found a really nice wire egg display at World Market last year. It will show off all the hardwork (and fun) you put into your Psychedelic Eggs!
