Zox Space Arena 2 is a game for more than one player (aliens). At the start you can choose from 2 to 5 players. All the players will fight again each other and at the end the survival will be the winner of the cup. You can also choose the number of cup to win before ending the game.

Some other options are the number of boxes you want at the start of the stage and the presence of a poisoning plant.

The game starts in a rounded platform full of boxes with (or without) the plant and with the number of players you chose.

The boxes and the plant are to be considered like obstacles, in fact the plant poisons the players and the boxes are often in the middle of the path - you can move them though.

All the players need to defeat the others throwing bombs (more you keep pressed the button farther the bomb is threw). Also there is the possibility (quite keen) to kick the bomb someone else throws to you. You can either kick them back or away to save you from the explosion.

From the sky there are gifts falling down. Those are quite useful because they can empower your Zox (the character you use), make it faster (quite useful to escape bombs and the plant).

Other gifts can empower your bombs making the explosion stronger or slow the time - so all the Zoxes in the game slow down.

When you collected enough bombs empowerment you can even destroy boxes that obstacles you.

My personal comment is that after some match the game becomes quite boring and repetitive. Better to be played in more players to make the game crazy.

Every player can choose the strategy to use - mainly defensive or attacking one.

If you play in defence you can hide behind boxes to be protected by bombs threw by your enemy and even kick them back and try to counter-attack when possible. Always try to collect as many boxes as you can to empower your skills.

Attacking is often more dangerous because bombs can rebound against boxes or be threw under your body. Usually this strategy gives your more time and space to collect more gift and so make your Zox quite powerful.
