"Oh, Johnny,
why do you look so gloomy?"
"Oh, Johnny,
why do you look so tired?"
"I see you're bleeding- Johnny,
do you need a cigarette?"

"It's okay, Johnny,
everybody bleeds sometimes"
"Johnny, you sure you don't want
a cigarette?"
" It will all be over in the morning-
and then you can take a nice long bath"

"You lose some, you win some-
isn't that right Johnny?"
"Johnny? Johnny? Johnny?"
"Oh, Johnny, why didn't you tell them
what they wanted to hear?"
"Oh, Johnny, I'll take off your chains now"

"Send in the next one!"
"Is it okay if I call you Johnny?"
"I know it's hard for you to breathe,
but you have to keep it on"
"Johnny, do you need a cigarette?"
"Johnny, are you sure?"

"I promise you it will all be over soon"
"Oh, Johnny, I know it's humiliating,
but you will only be exposed for a little while"
"Now, see, that wasn't so bad- was it?"
"It will all be over in the morning-
and then you can take a nice long bath"

"Send in the next one!"
"Is it okay if I call you Johnny?"
"I'm not much of a smoker either"
" I'll tell you what-
if you tell me what I need to hear- you're free"
"Send my regards to your wife and children"
