The short answer for this question quite frankly is, no.
While Israel has signed peace treaties with some of its most hated enemies, such as Egypt and Jordon, and opened trade routes with them both, the aspect of greed will be too much for Russia and Iran alike.
Greed? Russia? Iran?
The current most sought after material that Israel has great quantities of is oil. Recently huge oil fields have been discovered in northern Israel near the base of the mountains, reviling Saudi Arabia's oil fields.
So how do Russia and Iran fit into this? First of all, Russia and Iran both need oil for their growing armed forces. Iran has vowed many times to wipe Israel off the face of the earth, and what better excuse for invasion than a need for oil. Russia has proved that they are willing to help Iran build up its armed forces, but as of yet, there have been no returns to Russia's "gifts" of nuclear power plants and scientists that help Iran acquire nuclear weapons.
The only way Iran could pay Russia back, as it having no where near the capital to do so with, would have to find someway of making large amounts of money quickly. The only plausible way to do this is, wait until Israel has full functional oil fields and refineries, and then attack.
Just before this attack however, Russia will form an alliance with many Middle Eastern countries and promise them nuclear power and wealth, if they help take over the oil rich countries that were not invited to join. Russia will simply be putting up a front however, as the main goal of Russia and Iran, and soon to be the whole of the Middle East, will be to attack America. As they say in Iran, Israel is the Little Satan, and America is the Great Satan. If they take out the Little Satan, all that will be left is the Great Satan.
America, sadly, will not play a role in this war for oil at all. With Russia standing behind Iran, both with nuclear weapons, America will be extremely cautious in supporting Israel in the face of a nuclear holocaust. America and Russia will both place warships in the Mediterranean Sea and square off with deck fired nuclear warheads, though neither entering the fight between Iran and Israel.
So in conclusion, while the Middle East might seem peaceful now...soon it will be burning.
