Exercises and Games

If you want to improve your memory, you might want to consider using memory exercises and games. There are various software programs that train your brain, as well as games and puzzles that help build your memory, concentration, and may even help to prevent Alzheimer's disease.

Memory Exercises - If you are interested in improving your memory, you might want to consider memory software or going online. There are several programs to choose from. Brain Age is the most recognized software program on the market. To use the program, the user needs a Nintendo DS handheld game system. Brain Age offers fifteen different tests, that challenge you to recall numbers, signs, notes, times, and dates. The first time you use the program you take a series of tests. Once you have completed your tests, Brain Age will calculate your brain age score. First time users often score higher on their brain age then their actual age.
